Have any Questions?
QWHAT IS A STRETCHED CANVAS?A Our stretched canvas prints are ready-to-hang pieces. We professionally stretch the printed canvas poly/cotton fabric around 34mm wooden timber stretcher-beams. You may choose to opt for our floating frame add-on options for a more modern and finished look.
QWHAT IS AN UNFRAMED PRINT?AAll unframed art prints require framing and are rolled and shipped in a protective mailer tube. If you are opting to self-frame, please check the inner window measurement of the frame you are purchasing and that it fits the size of the print. Please contact us on email@example.com if you are unsure.
QHOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?A Please allow 3-5 business days for us to custom print your unframed art prints on paper, then dispatch from our Australia-based warehouse. For all framed items (framed prints and canvas) please allow approximately 2-4 weeks production time, before dispatch from our warehouse.
QHOW DO I HANG MY FRAMED PRINT?AThere is a hanging wire pre-attached on the back of all framed canvas or framed art prints, for easy hanging upon arrival.
QWHERE DO YOU PRODUCE YOUR ARTWORK?AAll of our designs are produced in-house and are custom printed and framed to-order by us in our Melbourne-based warehouse.
QDO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?AYes! We charge a flat rate of $32.95 for all international orders. Unfortunately, this only applies to unframed prints. We do not currently offer international shipping for framed prints due to the weight and associated costs.
