When purchasing an LIFE IN INK gift card you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Gift vouchers and any unused balance of gift vouchers should be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase, which is the "expiry" date included on the gift certificate.
  2. Gift vouchers must be redeemed only through the LIFEININK.COM.AU website only. 
  3. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  4. Any unused balance is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
  5. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid and accepted credit card or Paypal transaction.
  6. Life In Ink will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

Life In Ink offers a white border option on all of our print artworks. These borders are not always the same size, please thoroughly review your art purchase before ordering.

Please note that if we do not receive any notes regarding a white border, we will automatically include a white border with your order to ensure it matches what is displayed on our website.

Will a white border make my print bigger?
NO. Adding a white border to your chosen print WILL NOT change your selected poster size, it will simply add a white border around the outside of your chosen design, whilst maintaining the final size you have selected.

Is the white border made of cardboard?

No. It is an unprinted area (in white) that surrounds your chosen design.

* Unfortunately white borders are not available on canvas. We do however offer this option on our framed art prints.

Each print is produced on 230gsm uncoated premium matte fine art paper, ensuring exceptional quality, durability, and a luxurious texture. The heavyweight paper enhances color depth and detail, resulting in a rich, true-to-life finish that elevates the artwork.

Order Processing Times

  • Unframed Orders: Processed within 2–7 business days.
  • Framed Orders: Custom-made frames require up to 15 business days for processing.

As all items are custom made for our customers upon order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size chosen. So please choose carefully and make sure you are happy with your choice of design and size before purchasing.
