Shipping and Returns
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation of order on the email address that you provided with us upon purchase.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, kindly contact us on [email protected] so that we can assist you further.
If you would like to make changes to your order after it has been placed, kindly contact us immediately and we will try to amend your order before it is sent to be processed.
Life In Ink currently ships to Australia only.
Please allow up to 5 business days for all orders to be processed.
If you have selected EXPRESS SHIPPING, your order will be processed within 3 business days and sent out via Express Post.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for framed prints & canvas to be processed.
All unframed prints are shipped via Star Track or Australia Post. Framed prints are sent via TNT EXPRESS. Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery.
As all items are custom made for our customers upon order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size chosen.
In the event that a print has been damaged on the way to you, please email us within 24 hours upon receipt so that we can discuss an alternative with you.
All orders go through a series of quality checks prior to being shipped out. If you find that the prints that you receive are not up to standards, please kindly contact us within 24 hours upon receipt with some photos for us to inspect. In some cases we may require you to ship the print back to us for more detailed inspection.
