  1. Q What is Click and Collect?
    A

    Click & Collect allows you to shop online at your convenience, then collect your order from our Melbourne-based warehouse for no additional charge, at a time that suits you! You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
  2. Q Is there a charge for Click and Collect orders?
    A Click and Collect is a complimentary service offered to our Melbourne customer only. All you will have to pay is the total price of the products that you purchase (including GST).
  3. Q How do I collect my order in store?
    A Once your pick up order is ready, you will be able to collect your order from the reception area of our warehouse. You may also choose to collect your order from the front of our warehouse (contactless pick-up). Please contact us if you have a preferred pick up method.
  4. Q How long will my Click and Collect order take to process?
    A All Click and Collect orders can take up to 3 business days to be ready. You will be contacted via text/email once your order is ready. ***Please note that sometimes due to high volume of orders, there may be slight delays in fulfilling your orders. Our team are working hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Q Can I order gift cards via Click and Collect?
    A Unfortunately, we are unable to process Gift Cards via Click & Collect.
  • Q I’ve collected my order but it’s not what I was after. Can I return my items if they are not suitable?
    A Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exchange/refund for change of mind orders. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
  • Q What happens if I cannot get into store to pick up my order?
    A Click & Collect orders will be kept for 90 days from the day you’ve placed your order. Please contact us at info@lifeinink.com.au if you are unable to collect your order within that time frame.
